Kees Mulder, Vice President Regulatory Affairs and Partnerships, Smile Telecom International
Kees Mulder has been instrumental in Regulatory Affairs for new operators, such as France Telecom (in the Netherlands), Tiscali, Enertel, and the Dutch regulator (OPTA). He is a 2nd time member of OPT. On request of OPTA, he was a founding and board member FIST in 1997-1998. He started his career with McKinsey & Co, where he was involved in the initial opening of the Dutch telecommunications market in 1989.
Kees has worked on corporate and market development for France Telecom, British Telecom, Cegetel, Tiscali, TDF, and smaller players, all in fixed line and mobile markets. Prior to that, he has been in operational sales/marketing management with Stratus Europe in London, and France Telecom.
Kees Mulder has a doctorandus degree in Political Sciences (University of Amsterdam) and an MBA diploma (IMD, Lausanne).

Arjen Mossinkoff heeft tot 1 januari 2008 gewerkt bij Nokia Siemens Networks; in zijn laatste functie als Marketing Manager. Hiervoor werkte hij ruim achttien jaar in diverse managementfuncties bij Siemens Nederland. Per 1april 2008 is hij de nieuwe Marketing manager binnen Avaya Nederland BV. Hij verzorgt alle marketing- encommunicatieactiviteiten onder andere op het gebied van Contactcenters, Unified Communications in Nederland.

Na een carrière in de advocatuur en de kabel- en telecomsector heeft Feyo Sickinghe zich gespecialiseerd in telecommunicatieregeling en strategie en is sind 1 maart 2007 werkzaam als senior European consultant bij Bird&Bird, een internationaal advocatenkantoor gespecialiseerd op telecommunicatie, media en IT met uitstekende kennis van de branche. Sickinghe is medeoprichter en voorzitter van de Associatie van Competitieve Telecom operators (ACT), een samenwerkingsverband van concurrenten van KPN op het vaste net, en voorzitter van de Groep Graafrechten die zich richt op de regelgevende aspecten van telecominfrastructuur in de ondergrond. Verder is Sickinghe voorzitter van het Forum voor Interconnectie en Speciale Toegang (FIST) en is lid van het bestuur van het KLiC.
